- The most important lesson here is to pay attention to the action of breathing in and breathing out. The stretches are only distractions to retrain your body to breathe long and deep.

- Listen carefully to your body and mind dialogue with out judgment or expectation.

- Practice compassion towards yourself and others. Again no judgments or expectations.

- When you feel discomfort or pain, stop.

- If you feel dizzy or nauseous while practicing, stop. If you feel any tingling or numbing sensation while practicing, stop.

- If you are pregnant or have any medical or muscular conditions please inform your yoga leader.

- Drinks lots of water after your yoga practice.

- Don't take it too seriously, have fun!
