Rugby - Women

(Founded 1978)

Athletes of all levels and sports are encouraged to come see what UF Women's Rugby is all about. Rugby combines the fast-pace of soccer with the physical contact common to football.

Whether or not you have ever played rugby before does not matter when joining the team. The best way to learn rugby is to practice and play with us. Practices consist of fitness exercises, ball handling drills, technique work, scrimmaging, and chalk talks.

We offer student athletes the opportunity to compete both locally and nationally. Sportsmanship, teamwork, and friendship are the core values of UF Women's Rugby.
