Handball

Handball club provides members an activity/sport that they can take with them throughout the duration of their lives. Arguably the best cardiovascular workout around, handball combines the elements of fitness endurance, hand-eye coordination, agility, and strategy in any given game. Handball is the same game as racquetball minus the racquet. In addition, handball provides the challenge of developing your off hand to go along with your dominant hand. Through practice and tournament competition handball club provides numerous social and traveling opportunities to its members and can also be used as a stress relief from the pressures of everyday school life.
