Specializations/Philosophy on Exercise: More than half the people who start an exercise program drop out within 12 months. You can have the best exercises and intentions, but it's all worthless without the motivation.
When developing an exercise program I try to engage the client in order to create a personalized program that they feel is fun, challenging and makes them want to exercise just because they really enjoy it and not because they feel like you HAVE to do it as if it was one of your daily errands.
I feel that that this approach to exercise along with the development of a dynamic exercise program tailored to the special needs of each individual will not only assure you the results that you desire (weight loss, muscle building, strength gains, toning) but will help you maintain those results, which is ultimately what everyone's goals should be.
Interests & Hobbies: exercising, learning about fitness and health, and playing guitar and piano whenever I have the time.
