Our Personal Training and Assessment Center (PTAC) offers a variety of fitness assessments as a service to all UF students. Comprehensive assessment packages are also available in conjunction with our Personal Training program.
Why schedule an assessment?
Fitness and flexibility assessments are a great way to determine baselines. They also give the client insight towards designing flexibility, cardiovascular, and resistance training programs. Assessment results provide clients with a way to make realistic and specific fitness goals. Come visit the PTAC and schedule an appointment with one of our fitness appraisers!
