 Training Philosophy

I have been a personal trainer for over three years now, and I view each day as a learning experience, both for me and my client. I highly believe in educating my clients so that they fully understand the rationale behind what we are doing. My exercise science and massage backgrounds have exposed me to numerous different schools of thought, all of which I attempt to blend together to help my clients achieve their full potential, no matter what their goals may be.

There appears to be two schools in the world of fitness now, one solely focused on making people look better while the other seems to only focus on how to make them perform better. My style of training addresses both, making sure that the client is not only happier when they look in the mirror but that whatever athletic endeavors they may pursue (whether it is a marathon or just making it up the stairs to their third floor apartment) are achieved.

Strength gains, weight loss, weight gain, performance gains, injury prevention, etc. are all achievable if you have the right knowledge of how to structure your exercise programs. Allow me to teach you what you have to do to get there.
