Lake Wauburg Boating

With your Gator 1 Card you may sign out:

  • A Canoe (seats up to 3 persons)
  • A Paddleboat (seats up to 2 or 4 persons)
  • A Rowboat (seats up to 3 to 5 persons)
  • A  Kayak (seats 1 or 2 persons)

  • Various sports equipment such as soccer balls, footballs and flying disc.

  • With a sail card you may checkout sailboats for which you have been approved.


 

  • Boating Policiy
  • - Your Gator 1 Card is required to check out boats.Gator 1 Cardholder must be with the boat.
  • Everyone must wear a buckled life jacket.
  • - Do not dock or leave your boat untended. Stay in your boat at all times. Do not swim while boating.
  • - Keep 50 yards from swim area, shore line, and private homes.
  • - Return boats within one hour. All equipment must be returned 30 minutes prior to the parks closing time.
  • - You are responsible for replacing lost or damaged equipment.
  • - If you need help wave and call for assistance.
  • - Stay away from alligators and other wildlife.
