Lake Wauburg
Welcome to Lake Wauburg. Located 8 miles south of campus on Highway 441, Lake Wauburg North Park and South Shore offer UF students, faculty and staff a place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. Many activities are available including boating, volleyball, disc golf, challenge course, climbing wall and more. Admission and activities are free with a Gator 1 Card. A Gator-1 Card holder may bring up to 4 guests.

The parks are closed for semester break
Friday May- 2 Through Monday May - 12
Re-open on Tuesday May- 13
Tuesday - Friday: Noon - 6 p.m. (South Shore opens at 1 p.m.)
Saturday & Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Lake Wauburg is closed every Monday and for Semester Breaks.
No Dogs (pets) - No alcohol - No gas powered motors - No exceptions
Boat and equipment sign-out ends-one hour before the park closes.
All boats and equipment must be turned in-one half-hour before closing.
