Swamp Shootout 2010
The 6th Annual Swamp Shootout Regional Basketball tournament will be held March 27-28. Teams from all over the Southeast will come to Gainesville to compete for the title. Click on the link above for more information!

The 2010 Edition of the Rock, Paper, Scissors Tournament is almost here!
The intramural Rock, Paper, Scissors tournament will be held Friday, February 19th beginning at 7:30pm. Registration will be at SWRC Court 1 from 5:30-7:15pm on the night of the tournament. Come out for a night of good ol' fashioned Roshambo and win an intramural t-shirt!
The Third Annual Cornhole Tournament is Back!!
The intramural Cornhole Tournament will be held Friday, February 19th from 4pm-10pm at the SWRC. Grab a friend and enter a team. It is an open tournament so teams can be male/male, male/female, or female/female. All UF students, faculty, staff and spouses are eligible to participate. To register, click here.
What is a Valid Gator-1 ID?
Attention Captains and Participants! Eligible participants MUST bring a valid Gator-1 ID each game to participate in Intramural Sports. To be considered VALID, the person's status with the University (student, staff, etc.) must match the status listed on the ID. Additionally, an ID must clearly show all pertinent information on the front (picture, name, ID number). ID's should also be in one piece. If an ID is not in one piece but the signature on the back matches the name on the front, the ID WILL be considered valid. If you have questions about the validity of your ID, please stop by the intramural sports office located in the trailer outside of SWRC.
The First Ever Mario Kart Wii Tournament is coming SOON!
Think you're the best Mario Kart-er at UF? Now's your chance to prove it. Intramural Sports is hosting a Mario Kart Wii Tournament on the evening of Friday, February 12th at the SWRC Court 1. Registration is online and can be found on the Video Game Tournament webpage. Full rules and details will be posted soon.
The Intramural Sports office is now located in the trailer outside of the Southwest Recreation Center as our building continues to undergo renovations. We will be located in the trailer until August 2010. Our office will be open 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. You can also email us at imsports@recsports.ufl.edu with any questions you may have.
Welcome to the Intramural Sports Program!
The Intramural Sports staff is here to serve you and to do everything possible to make sure that your experience is a positive one. We offer a number of different team and individual activities for students, faculty, staff and spouses to participate in. From sports such as flag football, basketball, and soccer to kickball, racquetball and individual sports such as 3-point contests and homerun competitions, there is something for everyone! This participation allows for growth throughout the campus community as well as personal achievement.
Intramural Sports employs more than 450 students each year. Officiating sports such as flag football, basketball, softball, soccer and volleyball is a great way to earn extra money and meet new people!
To gain access to this or any Recreational Sports program or facility, you must present a valid Gator 1 Card. Remember, NO Gator 1 Card means No PLAY!
