Find out what's fun and keeps you moving with the University of Florida's Group Fitness classes. We challenge you to come to a class. With over 125 classes per week during the fall and spring semesters, there is something for everyone. There are multiple formats with a schedule that spans 13 hours a day. We pride ourselves on being cutting edge. With new formats like Cardio Tease, Gliding, BOSU and Muscle Infusion, our program strives to keep up with the industry's fitness trends.

Our certified instructors are top-quality, providing a workout experience that is sure to leave you wanting more! And, with our color-coded schedule, it is easy to find an indoor, outdoor, strength, flexibility or cardio workout that fits your fitness needs. Are you a beginner? No need to worry - our classes offer modifications for all fitness levels to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their goals.
