Paddleboard Yoga

Take your practice to a whole new level by stepping off the mat and onto a paddleboard at Lake Wauburg. Have fun in the sun while enhancing balance, strength, and flexibility. Practicing yoga postures on the unstable surface of a paddleboard increases core strength and balance. Your coach will offer you a variety of poses and modifications that can be done on land or on the water. Watch out, you’re definitely in the splash zone! ***For this class, please have proof of Swim Test completion prior to payment.
