Group Fitness offers cutting-edge services to all currently enrolled University of Florida students and RecSports members of all abilities. The program has become one of the nation’s largest and most recognized Group Fitness programs. With over 150 classes offered per week during the Fall and Spring semesters, there is something for everyone! Multiple formats are available with a schedule that spans 15 hours a day.

The color-coded Group Fitness schedule, provides an easy reference to find an indoor, outdoor, strength, dance, mind/body, cycling or cardio workout that fits your fitness needs. All Group Fitness classes include modifications for all fitness levels to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals.
