Florida Fitness is comprised of six different elements: Fitness Assessment, Personal Training, Small Group Training, Massage Therapy, Group Fitness and Strength and Conditioning. By providing these six elements and programming within each element, University of Florida students and members can equip themselves with multitude of programs and services to achieve their health and fitness goals.
