Southwest Recreation Center Outdoor Basketball and Tennis Courts

There are two basketball courts and ten tennis courts available for open recreation as well as special events. Lights are on 5:30 p.m. - 11 p.m., seven days a week.

Polices:

 

w     Only University of Florida students, faculty, staff or their spouses are authorized to use this facility.

-Authorized users must be prepared to present their valid Gator 1 Card.

 

w     A valid Gator 1 cardholder may bring one guest.

-The Gator 1 cardholder is responsible for their guest’s actions and must accompany the guest at all times.

 

w     Gator 1 cards may be checked at any time and those not in compliance with this policy are subject to immediate removal.

 

w     Pets (except service related animals), alcohol, glass containers, tobacco products, motorized vehicles, bicycles, roller-blades, skateboards and weapons are not allowed.

1. The outdoor basketball courts are located near the northwest corner of the Southwest Recreation Center.

2. The tennis courts are located east of the Southwest Recreation Center
