Corrective Exercises
The overhead squat and in-line lunge are used to assess the overall mobility and stability of your body. This test allows the Appraiser to identify muscle imbalances such tight and/or weak muscles. Muscle imbalances that are not corrected can lead to chronic problems such as knee pain, back pain, and headaches. Muscles imbalances can increase the potential for injury. Corrective exercises are prescribed to help your body learn improved movement patterns through neuromuscular activation. These exercises are not designed to increase muscle mass ("get big") but to take you to the next level of your training program.
