Performance Assessment
The core muscles include the rectus abdominus, the transverse abdominus, spinal erectors, and the internal & external oblique muscles. These muscles are responsible for balance and movement of the core. In the Personal Training and Assessment Center, we conduct a series of tests to determine the strength of these muscles.

Abdominal Flexion Assessment: Performed to identify muscle imbalance between the muscles of the abdominals and the muscles in the neck.
Hover Assessment: Static hold to assess the transverse abdominus (TVA), the body's natural weight belt.
Single-Leg Balance Assessment: Determines the client's level of lower limb stability and core strength.
Push Up Test: Used to evaluate the endurance and strength of the upper body.
