Cardiovascular Endurance (VO2 max)

Our Cardiovascular Endurance test measures your maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 max).  Basically, it indicates how efficiently your body is in delivering oxygen to your muscles during exercise.  Consistent aerobic activity can improve the efficiency of your bodyĆ¢??s use of oxygen. VO2 max is measured using a bike test.  The client will be riding a bike for approximately 7-9 minutes, while progressively increasing the intensity.  Heart rate, blood pressure, and rate of perceived exertion (RPE) are all monitored through out the test.
