Philosophy on exercise:  There are plenty of ways to achieve desirable fitness results. As a personal trainer, I take a creative approach to exercises and try to think outside of the box. My background in various activities such as weight lifting, basketball, and swimming, helps me in developing effective and exciting training programs. I believe that consistency along with determination are key factors for success.    

        It is extremely important for individuals to keep themselves physically fit. Maintaining physical fitness can ensure a healthy lifestyle and the prevention of illnesses. A consistent exercise routine improves bone density, flexibility, the heart, and body composition.  Everyone can benefit from exercising no matter what age, race, or occupation.
