Philosophy on Exercise:
I believe that exercise is an extremely important habit that should be picked
up early in a personâ??s life. Although
many people exercise to change or maintain their physical appearance, it is
important to remember that exercise is the number one prevention of most common
diseases in North America. I decided
that I wanted to become a personal trainer to motivate clients to focus on
living a healthy lifestyle and to improve their quality of life. I want my clients to feel challenged but also
to have a great time as we work together to reach their goals!
