Philosophy on Exercise:  Our bodies are like a chain of links.  If one link isn't as strong as the rest, our body can't function as well as possible.  I believe that exercise is a key element in improving the overall function of the body as a unit.  By correcting improper movement patterns and incorporating functional exercises that mimic situations in daily life, you can strengthen the body as a unit and therefore reduce the risk of injury and improve the quality of daily life. 

 
Personal Interests and Hobbies: I ran cross country and track throughout high school, and still enjoy training at a high level.  I'm just starting to get in to mountain biking, cycling, and triathlon training.  I also love rock climbing and playing almost any sport.
