Exercise Philosophy:

We all have one life and one body â?? one real opportunity to accomplish our life goals and dreams. Life is simply to short â?? to fleeting â?? not to dare the impossible and attempt greatness in our own way. I firmly believe that having a sound body can offer anyone a solid footing as they walk through their path of life.

That said, I am a very results oriented trainer/coach. I feel that people often turn from exercise because at one point they gave genuine effort and did not see the results they wanted or failed to achieve their goals. For whatever reason of failure, I feel this to be a major travesty of the fitness industry. If you do decide to hire a trainer (even if it is not me or any of us from Rec sports) make sure you follow these guidelines:

1.) Your trainer should know you, your goals, and how you are doing without having to look at your info sheet.

2.) Your training should be conducted in wholesome, encouraging atmosphere.

3.) Your goals are your goals. Donâ??t let someone smooth talk you into their specialization. Get a second opinion.

4.) You are the boss. Itâ??s your money. Trainers are not doing you a favor by earning their respective wages.

Personal Info:

I became a personal trainer because I love to train (both myself and others). I would sleep in the weight room if I could. I was fortunate enough to accomplish my ultimate athletic dream of playing football for UF by walking on two years ago. My absolute favorite thing in this world is helping people work hard and see them enjoy the benefits of their labors. Post football I hope to assume a competitive bodybuilding career.
