In gaining experience with exercise, I
have come to realize the importance of every aspect of strength and
conditioning. As such, I try not to overlook any modality or method and keep an
open mind. I also try not to have an "angle". That is, I'm not a high volume
guy, or a kettlebell guy or an Olympic lifting guy. I'm a results guy. I care
most about getting the results my clients want through improving their health
and increasing their performance. For example, if I improve a client's core
stability it's so that they can lift more weight thus increasing the amount of
work done and leading to anything from weight loss, hypertrophy or just purely
better performance.
Exercise is my passion and I try to share
that passion with my client by showing them that fitness is a journey, not a
destination.
Personal Interests and Hobbies:
I love bodybuilding and powerlifting as
well as reading, watching movies and the Food Science and Human Nutrition club.
Favorite quote:
"From compromise and things half done,
Keep me stern with stubborn pride. And
when at last the fight is won, God, keep me still unsatisfied."
