Personal Information:

I thoroughly enjoy working out and lifting weights! I think itâ??s amazing how the human body performs and can be manipulated. I love pushing myself to the limit in the gym. I am currently training for my first figure competition next summer. I hope to get good enough at competing to earn my pro card some day.  I would like to own a gym in the future. I also enjoy movies, watching football, playing sports and playing with my doggie when Iâ??m not working or in class.

Exercise Philosophy:

My background in sports training forms the backbone of my workout mentality. I believe in a full throttle exhausting approach to training in which focus is on form, intensity and getting maximum results. In our sessions we will work to get the results that you desire and address your biggest weakness that will limit gains.

I will work with you to form a personalized training program for your specific needs and goals. We will work together to make your positive changes in our sessions carry on into your daily life. Not only will we change what you do in the gym, but we will also discuss how to make positive changes in your lifestyle.
