Philosophy
on Exercise/Well-being: I
believe that everyone should experience the benefits of a healthy
lifestyle. Eating a well-balanced diet,
using stress relieving techniques, and exercising on a regular basis are the
major components in accomplishing this.
Unfortunately, many people can not find the time to fit these healthy
habits into their busy schedules or lack the motivation to do so. As a student with a job I can understand the
challenge to live an active and healthy lifestyle, but with my passion for exercise
and knowledge of nutrition from my major, I also understand why it is a
necessity. As a trainer, I am fortunate
enough to be able to share my knowledge and motivate clients to make permanent
lifestyle changes for the better. I
realize that everyone is unique in their own way, which is why I make a point
to get to know my clients and research as much as I need to in order to create
programs exclusive to their needs. We
are a team working to accomplish your fitness goals.

Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or

its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever. –Lance Armstrong
